Licensing

Here's the deal: use our music in your streams, videos, and podcasts. Don't re-upload it to Spotify. Don't turn your channel into a radio station. That's pretty much it.

The TL;DR

Use in Twitch streams, YouTube videos, podcasts
Monetize your content
Use forever (perpetual license)
No attribution required
Download in MP3, WAV, FLAC
Use in any number of videos
Re-upload to Spotify/music platforms
Use as a music radio station
Remix, sample, or create derivatives
Redistribute the music standalone
Use in games/movies/TV without separate license

The Details

Can I use StreamBeats on Twitch?

Yes! We actively work to keep StreamBeats safe on Twitch via Audible Magic. Use it in any stream: Just Chatting, gaming, IRL, you name it. If you ever run into issues, let us know.

What about YouTube?

We actively work to keep StreamBeats safe on YouTube via Content ID. You can monetize your videos with StreamBeats music. If you get a false Content ID claim, report it here and we'll get it cleared.

What about Facebook / Instagram / TikTok?

We're actively working to make StreamBeats safe across all platforms, including Meta Rights Manager (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok MediaMatch. If you run into any issues, let us know so we can resolve it.

Can I use StreamBeats in my podcast?

Yes! Podcasts on any platform: Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, etc. Use it as intro/outro music, background music, transitions, whatever you need.

Do I need to credit StreamBeats?

No attribution required. We'd love a shoutout, but it's not necessary. The license is clear: no royalties, no credit, no strings attached.

Can I use it in my game / movie / TV show?

Games, movies, and TV shows require a separate commercial license. Email licensing@streambeats.com and we'll work something out.

Can I remix or sample StreamBeats tracks?

No. The license doesn't permit creating derivative works, remixes, or samples. The tracks must be used as-is. You can, however, layer them over your content freely.

What happens if I get a false copyright claim?

It happens occasionally, especially on YouTube. Fill out the false claim form with your video URL and the track name, and the team will get it resolved.
